In order for nominees to be considered - forms must be completed by appropriate individual and meet requirements listed on links along with impact statements included

Team Volunteer of the Season

The CCSL Volunteer of the Season Award honors outstanding volunteers whose selfless service and dedication have significantly supported their teams throughout the season. One volunteer from each CCSL team will be recognized for their willingness to serve, consistent reliability, and positive impact—often behind the scenes. This award celebrates individuals whose time, effort, and servant leadership help ensure meets run smoothly, families feel welcomed, and the mission of CCSL is faithfully carried out.

Official of the Season
The CCSL Official of the Season Award recognizes an official who exemplifies integrity, consistency, and professionalism throughout the season. This individual demonstrates a strong command of the rules, applies them fairly and impartially, and contributes to a safe and respectful competitive environment for all swimmers. Beyond on‑deck performance, this award honors an official whose positive attitude, reliability, and commitment have made a meaningful impact on the league, athletes, and fellow officials.
Nominees must be the following eligibility:
  • Be a certified CCSL Swimming–trained official (Stroke & Turn, Starter, or Referee).
  • Have officiated in the current CCSL season.
  • Be in good standing with their team and the league.

CCSL Coaching Awards

The CCSL Coach of the Season Award recognizes a volunteer coach, assistant coach, or emerging coach who demonstrates exceptional leadership, mentorship, and commitment to athlete development throughout the season. Current Head Coaches are not eligible for this award. This honor is designed to celebrate those who are growing in their coaching journey and who positively influence athletes through instruction, encouragement, professionalism, and example. The recipient has made a meaningful impact on swimmers, families, and the CCSL community while embodying the league’s values both on and off the deck.

Team Spirit/Sportsmanship Award 

The CCSL Team Spirit & Sportsmanship Award is presented to the team that best embodies positive energy, respect, and unity throughout the entire season. This award recognizes consistent sportsmanlike conduct by swimmers, coaches, and families; enthusiastic yet respectful team spirit; and a welcoming attitude toward opponents, officials, and hosts. The recipient team serves as a model for how competitive swimming and community values can thrive together in CCSL.  All teams must at least submit one recommendation for the season.
