Dear Team Leadership,

As we wrap up another CCSL season, the Board is asking each team's leadership group to provide feedback through our Leadership Feedback Survey.

Your perspective is important as we evaluate both the successes of the season and the opportunities we have to improve our league moving forward. We encourage you to share feedback on league operations, communication, meet processes, volunteer experiences, and any other areas you believe deserve attention.

In addition, we are specifically seeking feedback regarding SwimTopia. Over the course of the season, many of you worked directly with the platform in different capacities, and we would like to gather a comprehensive list of what is working well, what challenges you encountered, and any enhancements you would like to see. Once all responses have been compiled, we will provide consolidated feedback directly to the SwimTopia team.

Following that review, we will consider scheduling another meeting with SwimTopia and expanding participation to include coaches and clerks from all divisions. Our goal is to ensure that those who use the system most frequently have an opportunity to share their experiences and help shape future improvements.
