My name is Sherry Bogar and I am the CCSL President for 2025-2027 and on behalf of the Clear Creek Swim League Board, we would like to WELCOME to the 2026 Summer Swim Season! We are thrilled to welcome you or have you back for an amazing summer filled with fast swims, team spirit, and unforgettable memories. Thank you for being part of CCSL!

Your CCSL Board and Teams have been hard at work during the off‑season, and we are excited to share several updates and enhancements designed to make this season smoother, more engaging, and more fun for everyone.

🖥️ New League Software & Communication Tools

This year, CCSL has implemented new league software to help:

• Streamline the registration process
• Introduce new meet features, including a meet app that allows families to see:
  • What events are currently in the water
  • Heat and lane assignments
    (The app includes both a free and a paid version.)
• Improve league‑wide communication by allowing CCSL to communicate directly with all registered league members, helping take some of the burden off individual team boards

🏆 Exciting Changes to Champ Meet & Senior Recognition

We are especially excited to introduce several changes for Champ Meet 2026!

• Senior Recognition will no longer take place at the start of Champ Meet.
  Instead, we are thrilled to host a Senior Recognition Event:
  • 📍 Topgolf
  • 📅 June 14, 2026
  • ⛳ Two hours of golf, food, and fun

  All seniors currently registered with a CCSL team will be invited. More details coming soon!

🎉 NEW: Fun Squad at Champ Meet!

New this year, CCSL is introducing a Fun Squad at Champ Meet to help keep the energy high and the swimmers engaged throughout the day!

• HOT HEATS
  • Any heat, any stroke
  • The winner of the heat receives a prize!
• Fun activities designed to keep swimmers entertained while waiting for their turn to swim

The Fun Squad will bring extra excitement, engagement, and smiles to the Champ Meet experience for our athletes.

⭐ New Awards at Champ Meet

Also new this year, our Coaches Committee has introduced additional awards to recognize outstanding contributions across the league:

• Coach of the Year
  (Eligible assistant coaches and high school coaches)
• Volunteer of the Year
  • Each team will nominate one outstanding volunteer
  • Volunteers will be recognized at the beginning of Champ Meet with a special gift, alongside:
    • Scholarship winners
    • Division winners

At the conclusion of Champ Meet, while our Clerks finalize results, we will recognize:

• Champ Meet Division Winners
• High Point awards for all boys and girls across every age group
• Coaches of the Year
