Finishing Strong – A Quick CCSL Reminder 💙
Dear CCSL Athletes, Coaches, and Families,
As we head into our final dual meet and an exciting (and busy!) Championship Week, we wanted to take a moment to reconnect with what makes CCSL such a special community.
At the heart of our league is a shared commitment to providing a safe, positive, and supportive environment for all of our athletes. The CCSL Code of Conduct helps guide us in that mission and ensures that every swimmer, coach, volunteer, and family member has the best possible experience.
These standards were created not only from lessons learned over the years, but also from a genuine desire to support our incredible volunteers and to keep CCSL a place where athletes can grow, compete, and have fun.
While each team may build upon these guidelines in ways that fit their unique culture, the CCSL Code of Conduct remains our shared foundation. As we move through these final events of the season, we encourage everyone to lead with sportsmanship, kindness, and respect.
Most importantly, thank you for remembering that our athletes are always watching. The example we set—on the pool deck, in the stands, and behind the scenes—helps shape their experience and the memories they’ll carry with them.
All teams received the CCSL Code of Conduct as part of their registration, and we’ve included a copy here again for easy reference. We encourage you to take a few minutes to review it as we finish the season strong together.
Thank you for everything you do to support CCSL. We are looking forward to a fantastic Championship Week!
With appreciation,
CCSL Board of Directors
